Abstract: Office automation systems are considered of the most important computer information systems that support the offices by improving the performance of the administrative office and solving the problems encountered by the director of the office, as well as improving the communications of the individuals working in all different offices through the application of multiple office automation. The development of office automation systems start was due to the development of information technology devices and special equipments (computers generations) as well as the development of the software especially (fourth generation software) The office automation systems developed through the use of networks especially, the international network of information "online" ;as for the persistence of these developments in the world ,the so-called "cloud computing applications" have appeared that can serve the office mail by a special services with technology and applied software through the internet (cloud) without investing huge amounts of money in technology or software with its various types and thus make the activities of the office work accurately and honestly and with low cost as well as many other advantages.. Consequently, the research problem is that the possibility of adopting cloud computing applications to support office automation systems. The research included a feasibility study to analyze the results of a sample of the views of officials working in the offices of a number of faculties at Mosul University, using a key tool which is the questionnaire as it was distributed to the sample of research. The research found a number of important conclusions, which contributed to the development of a number of recommendations for the research.

Abstract: The Purpose of the current study is to review the methods required to improve and promote feminine sports in the city of Mosul in particular, because women are an essential component of Iraqi society, as it is noted that their presence has an active role in the revitalization of the sports movement in general and women’s sports in particular which will enhance the development of the country socially, economically and culturally. thus the study attempts to address the obstacles that limit the participation of girls in sports, because of the common customs and traditions within this city, and this requires us as researchers in the field of sport marketing products, to attract active girls and involve them within sports process as it has taken place in a number of production and services organizations ;this attraction can only be achieved through the provision of trust between the family and the club, which is the reliable focus of sport events marketing .

Abstract: The study aimed to shed light on the banking services offered by Islamic banks and the most important advantages offered to customers through a poll for managers and the staff of Islamic banks in Syria, and their keeping pace with the developments in the 3Islamic economy ;and also showing that the interest in the client's needs and trends are of the important psychological factors for success and excellence . To achieve the objectives of the study ,a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the society of the study represented by Islamic banks in Syria ; while the study sample was represented by the International Islamic and AL-Sham banks . The number of distributed questionnaires was (40) ; (33 ) questionnaires were recalled; (3) questionnaires were excluded for lack of suitability to use ; the study found the following : 1.The psychological trends have had a specific impact on customers dealing with the Islamic banking services 2.As there is a statistically correlation between the Islamic bank’s study for the psychological attitudes for customers and the increased demand for its banking services 3.There is a statistically correlation between the presence of a strategy to change the psychological trends and the increased demand for Islamic banking services.

Abstract: The aim of industrial companies lies in that their performance should be distinguished and should achieve the highest amount of profits, as well as getting the competitive characteristic throughout reducing the costs during the product life – cycle starting from searching and development till the availability of services after sale. Information technology, in all its modern developed forms ,has helped in making the companies do different processes like purchasing, selling and introducing services throughout the electronic trade services, aiming at reducing the costs as much as possible. Since the problem and aim of the research have been assigned, the research hypothesis has been made to be tested in the state company for battery industry. It has been concluded that the use of electronic trade leads to reduce the costs of the product life –cycle.

Abstract: The study attempts to explain the role of human capital in improving marketing performance ; due to the vitality of human capital ,this concept should be adopted by organizations, especially the productive organizations in order to be able to improve marketing performance as it is the fundamental basis in any organization to be able to provide high quality products. So, the research adopted in its field study, human capital as a an explaining variable represented by (skills of employees, employees experience, employees knowledge, the ability of employees creativity) and marketing performance as a responsive variable and to outline a hypothetical scheme for the research that reflects the nature of correlation and impact between human capital on the one hand and improve marketing performance, on the other. A total of main hypotheses resulted which were tested by using the statistical data collected through a questionnaire distributed to respondent individuals (employees). The research found a number of the most important conclusions : there is a relation and influence with significance for human capital variables in improving marketing performance.

Abstract: E-Learning is one of the means which supports the development of basic educational skills of a faculty member; hence, the study aimed to identify the extent of faculty member in the (technical institute/Kirkuk) for owning skills in the light of the use of e-teaching techniques within the educational process. A questionnaire has been designed which included a sample of 99 individual members of the faculty member, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. The results showed that the technological disciplines formed the highest research community (49.9%) and bachelor's degree holders (5.48%) and the balance by category of sex ratios are for males (49.5%) - females (50.5%) in the field of application of the program, and most of the faculty members agreed to apply it after (5) years of providing the necessary material and human resources supplies; the research concluded that most of the faculty members lack the necessary skills to use these techniques and the weakness of their familiarity with the skills to use their own software. The faculty members agreed on the importance of training according to the needs of the labor market, which aims to provide new qualifications within developed competences. The research recommended a proposal of e-learning program to activate the training project for faculty member by using (V.basic) language and designing its database program by using (Access) program to measure the extent of the skills they have and guide them to develop them and to be prepared for the implementation process.

The Availability of Concurrent Engineering Tools: An Explorative Study of the Views of a Sample of Employees of the Children Clothes Factory in Mosul

Abstract: The current study discusses the concept of concurrent engineering ( CE ) and its tools through one of the critical issues at this time ,as this variable cares with the design and development of products in parallel with strengthening its role in meeting the requirements of the customers and to achieve excellence over competitors. The objective of the study focuses on diagnosis of the actual applications of the concept of concurrent engineering in the factory under study ,to achieve this, the researchers have done several field visits and conducted numerous personal interviews in addition to the preparation of a questionnaire with a view to strengthen the field side and to submit proposals . The study concluded to a number of conclusions the most important of them is, within the factory under study, the possibility of application of (CE) tools, through activating and work on them dramatically , the market share of factory can be increased within the local markets. According to these findings, a number of proposals have been included: the factory need to initiate an application of (CE) to prepare a special form to assess the stages of implementation ,also within each stage of the application, diagnosing the problems and obstacles faced by the process and to find the appropriate solutions.

Determinants of Liquidity: Applies Study on Jordanian Industrial companies

Abstract: This paper investigates the empirical determinants of liquidity (cash and near cash assets) for a sample of industrial Jordanian firms over the period 2001-2010. The study focus on the importance of cash flow, business risk, liquid assets substitutes, leverage, ability to access capital markets, dividend's payment policy, investment (growth) opportunities. Our results show that both trade-off and pecking order theories play an important role in explaining the determinants of cash liquidity of Jordanian firms. The results of this study generally support the trade-off theory of cash holdings. Precautionary and transaction motives play important roles in explaining the determinants of investments in cash and near cash assets for Jordanian firms. Growth opportunities, cash flows, liquid assets substitutes, and leverage are the important determinants of corporate short-term investments in liquid assets in Jordan.

Abstract: The E-learning became a part of the information revolution in the era of globalization and it uses some mechanisms of modern technology and methods of communication and information technology, many educational institutions trying to apply this type of education, but they faces obstacles that prevent their efforts. The research aims to identify the obstacles that face the application of e-learning in al-hadbaa university / Nineveh governorate. The research identifies four types of obstacles which are technological, financial, humanity, and other constraints, by using a questionnaire to gather the variables and analyze them by using statistical software (Spss Ver.18) which reached to several conclusions: through concentrating on the existence of technological, financial, humanity, and other obstacles, as well as, many of the most important suggestions which are the need to provide appropriate infrastructure for this type of education, ,beside providing an adequate number of qualified staff ; training , and to provide lines of communication that help to spread this kind of education.

The Genetic Coefficient with Some Applications

Abstract: The genetic coefficient and Lorenz curve are of the leading measurement tools used by the scientists of statistics and economics to measure the equitable distribution of resources in various fields of life. The genetic coefficient value ranging between zero and one, and whenever the value of that is small, there is an equitable of resources distribution. In this research, the genetic coefficient value was found by genetic algorithm after programming it with (MATLAB) language and comparing it with the obtained values by the traditional modalities, and the resulting value of the genetic algorithm to genetic coefficient is smaller than the resulting values of traditional modalities and the achieved time is very short compared to the time it takes to find traditional modalities .

Analyzing and Measuring Welfare and its Relation to the Fairness in Income Distribution in the City of Dohuk for the Year 2011

Abstract: The gap between the different classes of income has widened and there were two levels, the upper and the lower classes of income as a result of the inflation factor and managerial corruption .Therefore, there was a necessity to analyze and measure welfare and it’s relation with income distribution fairness in the city of Dohuk as a case study for the year 2011, through the form of a questionnaire . One of the most important indicators which the researcher used is Lorenz curve, genetic coefficient , coefficient of variation and the economic welfare index . The most important sources of data are the published statistical reports and the field works (form of questionnaire).The researcher selected 500 families from 76 residential districts which were selected randomly ;then, he gathered 330 answers. Among the most significant results that the researcher concluded, is the existence of a considerable variation in the income distribution in the interest of the upper classes through the aforementioned factors. It shows that %60 of the population of Dohuk are receiving %38 of the total income .Finally the study suggested several recommendations , among the most important of which are the need for the government intervention to redistribute the income in favor of the lower classes through appropriate fiscal policies and creating other sources of income .

Abstract: The study examines the obstacles facing most developing countries that prevent making any right investment decision as they suffer from limited local and foreign financial resources and led to determine interest rates ,economic instability and political obstruction lead to achieve stable economic growth . Our goal is to discuss the combined effects of a number of financial factors and the real and the financial internal and external markets that impede rates of domestic investment in Turkey for the period 1970-2011 using the technique of (VAR) to measure the determinants in the long-term and random error correction model of (ECM) to measure the effects in the short term , in addition to knowing the trends of the causal relation between them using the causality of (Kranger) . Of the most important findings of the research is that there is a positive relation between economic growth and domestic savings and government spending and rates of stable prices, foreign direct investment on domestic investment in the long term and that the causal relation has supported this trend .
