Abstract
Abstract The present research was to identify the role of emotional intelligence in dealing with the problems of work pressures, in the light of the opinions of employees of the State Company for Drugs Industry in Nineveh, who had been randomly selected workers in the various sections of this company. This consensus form was designed as questionnaire premised for this purpose, and distributed to the respondents, who numbered (58). After analyzing the data, inter withdrawn to benefit from the link and regression equations, which was preceded provide a conceptual framework prepared by the researcher.
