Abstract
The current research aims to determine the role of the components of human capital development represented by (education and training, knowledge, skill, and talent) in achieving organizational creativity in the College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul, the research problem focused on the following question: “Does the development of human capital have a role in achieving organizational creativity?” In light of the question, two main hypotheses were formulated that explain the nature of the correlation and influence relationship between the research variables. By developing a hypothetical scheme for the research, the descriptive analytical method was used by adopting a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of (40) employees in the College of Administration and Economics. After collecting and processing data and information using the statistical program (SPSS.V-25) Several results were reached, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant correlation and effect between human capital development and organizational creativity in the College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul.
