Abstract

The variables of the current research aim to present one of the most important cognitive shifts in administrative thought in general and the contemporary organization in particular, to form an intellectual framework expressed by (the mediating role of Organizational Attractiveness in the influential relationship of Workplace spirituality on the Organizational Embeddedness), As the most important source for organizations' survival and sustainability in the third millennium. As it was relied on the literature on the subject that dealt with the research variables in building the theoretical framework for it. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from the field side, and the size of the final research sample included (374) medical staff in private hospitals in Dohuk Governorate. While the statistical analysis of the data was carried out using the statistical programs (SPSS V.26, AMOS V.25), a number of statistical indicators were calculated and formed the basis for presenting and discussing the results of the field analysis. The research came out with intellectual and field conclusions that explained the reality of the field due to the extent to which it possesses the research variables and their dimensions, As well as proving the existence of direct and indirect correlations and influences between the three variables in the surveyed private hospitals. In conclusion, the research concluded with a set of proposals, including that the message of the private hospitals in question should be far from the orientation to achieve revenues only, but it must mix the human aspects with it in a way that achieves a balance between the aspirations of the hospital administration and each of its medical staff and customers.
