Abstract
This research aims to determine the role of administrative control in improving job performance and measuring the impact and correlation of administrative control with its dimensions (preventive control, simultaneous control, ex-post control) on job performance with its dimensions (performing tasks, organizational citizenship behaviors, unproductive work behavior), as the study was applied in the Mosul Municipality Directorate in the city of Mosul, through a sample of (182) respondents. The data and information of the study were collected using the questionnaire form, and the obtained data were subjected to a set of statistical methods with the help of two statistical programs (Amos V 26, SPSS.V26). While the current study relied on the (analytical descriptive) approach as the appropriate approach to study and interpret phenomena (social and behavioral) and express them quantitatively to reach conclusions related to the current reality of the field of study, as this approach is based on a comprehensive in-depth analysis of the study problem, as well as For his continued interpretation of the impact and correlation between the variables of the study, by collecting (data, classifying and tabulating them) and then analyzing and interpreting them, as well as revealing the relationships among the variables, The research reached several results, including. The existence of a statistically significant positive correlation between concurrent control and job performance in the researched organization, and indicates that whenever the researched organization resorted to concurrent control by following up on business progress, this led to a higher level of job performance.
