The research aims at studying the effect of population growth and GDP in international capital flows, both in Malaysia and Indonesia during the period (1991-2007). The ready Statistical Software (Minitab) has been used to estimate some indicators adopted to analyze and evaluate the nature of relations between the variables mentioned and to test hypotheses, research has come to a set of conclusions concerning the two sides, the theoretical and practical, the most important make sure the research hypotheses, especially which related to the impact of GDP in the movement of international flows in the countries those are the sample of the research. Finally, a set of recommendations were found, most notably that developing countries recognize the fact that the importance of international flows of foreign capital to achieve high rates of economic growth and improving living standards is not an easy tasks for the governments of concerned countries in economic transition, and the achievement of those tasks without ensure the stability of foreign capital in its various forms is the greatest challenge..

The research aims to determine the possibility of establishing the requirements of Total Quality Management to the environment in Badush Cement Plant / Nineveh Governorate. These requirements of Total quality management of the environment have an important role in the work of businesses, especially in the industrial one because of its role to achieve some of the objectives such as the goal of conserving the environment. For the study is limited that deal with these requirements in the Iraqi environment they tried to imply their research within these requirements with a historic framework in an attempt to study them. The research tries to answer the following questions: 1 / What is the knowledge of managers in the factory about the concept and the requirements of total quality management to the environment?. 2 / Do managers in the factory in question seek to establish the requirements of total quality management to the environment?. 3 / What are the most appropriate requirements in the plant under examination?. The study aims to solve the problems in the structure of the Education General Directorate in Nineveh City, that caused from large momentum for its services, and the low performance quality, in added balance lack in the configurations staffing, study assumed that the cause of these problems is small organize of the Directorate, which reflected negatively in the inability to absorb the great momentum of its administrative services, as well as there were several flaws are overlapping in the powers regulatory of jobs, and duplication and conflict in the tasks of the other jobs. Economic Analysis of the Variations in the Local Production and the Demand on the Red Meat in Iraq for the Period (1985- 2006)

In this research, the qualification and quantities analysis for production and consumption of red mead were studied for the period (1985-2006). It includes also the analysis of the variations that happen in the local production and the demand on the red meat. The quantitave analysis’ results showed that the annual compound variation in the production of the red meat had reached (-2%) and the yearly compound variation of the demand on the red meat has reached (-3%). The negative sign means dropping in both local production and consumption; however, the production is still insufficient and it doesn’t match the consumption. This requires knowing the obstacles for the two variations mentioned above, and requires working hard to find suitable solutions for them concerning production, interest in the animal wealth should be cared to specifically; moreover, in Iraq, there are a lot of natural and economical potentialities which can be exploited to achieve all that successfully, in the hope of fulfilling self- sufficiency of this food article. As far as the consumption is concerned, we should strongly back up the Iraqi consumer by increasing his real income to enable him to get this food commodity due to its importance and because its demanded quantities reflect the living levels of the Iraqi consumer..

The Effect of Psychological Empowerment in Job Alienation: An Exploratory Study of a Sample of Heads of Scientific Departments' Opinions in University of Dohuk

This research dealt with two subjects, psychological empowerment of employees and job alienation, on the basis of their being of organizational phenomena that focus on human resource and it affect in performance of this important resource of the organization and through it in the organizational performance. The research aims to detect the role of psychological empowerment in job alienation; it based on two main hypotheses, the fist hypothesis is there is a significant correlation between psychological empowerment and job alienation, the second hypothesis is there is a significant effect of psychological empowerment in job alienation.
University of Duhok was selected to be the field of the research and testing its hypotheses, and the heads of the scientific departments were selected to be the study society. The number of respondents was (47) of the total heads of scientific departments. By using a number of statistical tools the hypotheses were tested.
The most important results of the study is the heads of departments at the University of Dohuk receive appropriate levels of psychological empowerment, as well as they have a moderate levels of job alienation, the study also showed that there is a negative significant correlation between psychological empowerment and job alienation, as well as there is a negative significant effect between them. The research presented a set of recommendations in respect of how to enhance the levels of psychological empowerment of heads of scientific departments at the university and to reduce levels of job alienation that they have.
