Abstract
Privatization is one of the procedures used by developing countries according to the
recommendations of Briton institution. The goal was to improve the public sector, but the
result was it’s elimination.
The paper tries to draw a legitimate verdict concerns the selling of the public sector to
the private one. To achieve this, the paper comprises five sections. The first section tackled
the privatization concept and it’s most significant forms. The second studied the
economical effects of the privatization, while the third introduced the social effects. The
fourth section presented a summarized description to the forms of property in Islam. The
section also attempted to draw a legitimate verdict for privatization.
